Nana Akufo-Addo’s major concern is the rate of corruption and mismanagement of resources under the current administration. Hence, his prayers to God to make him president so that he can channel the country’s resources to the right places.

Nana Addo began a five-day tour of the Ashanti Region yesterday, Wednesday. Speaking at a rally at the Ahafo Ano South constituency, the NPP presidential candidate indicated that monies to be used for developmental projects have been diverted into individual pockets. This he described as a very disturbing phenomenon which is in turn, devaluing our economy.

He said that he is just praying that he gets the chance of saving the country’s resources from mismanagement and waste. Nana Akufo-Addo prays hard because he believes it is only the Almighty God that will make him the next president of Ghana. Hear him:



“I am just praying hard to Almighty God to make me the next President of this nation so that our resources can serve their required purpose,” he said.

“Frankly speaking the level of corruption under President Mahama’s government has reached an alarming rate which needs to be thoroughly checked,” he added.

He further pointed out that all the trainee allowances slashed by President Mahama have made life very difficult for all those affected. He therefore, promised to bring back all of them.

His wife, Rebecca Akufo-Addo have also assured Ghanaians that her husband means every word he says, and has the capability of fulfilling all his campaign promises. This she said while addressing staff and patients of the La General hospital in Accra, calling on all to vote massively for Nana Addo to win the upcoming elections.
