Popular Ghanaian Tv presenter, Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay has recently disclosed her high hopes of having kids she can call her own anytime in the future.
Delay who is the executive producer for television series; Afia Schwarzenegger and The Delay Show should be in her thirties now. Although she is still unmarried, she has not yet given up on bearing a child.
The Oman FM presenter said this during her Instagram segment on one of her Delay Show episodes. In her speech, she hinted the likes of Confidence Haugen, Nigeria’s Tonto Dikeh and Stephanie Okereke as a point of contact while reviewing their pregnancy and child birth photos.
I mean if all these people even in their age have given birth then there is hope for me. I will one day give birth so that all those calling me names will be put to shame. My God will prove them wrong.”
We would recall that Confidence Haugen, the popular Ghanaian Socialite and Aphrodisiac Night Club CEO gave birth to her second son earlier this year at the age of 41.
Delay went further to encourage her fans to work hard and never allow negative views of people about them to deter them from pursuing their dreams. She recalled how hard work resurrected her from her state of being a completely broke chap to what she is now.
Moreover, she explained that she is not ashamed to share her story because a lot of people are going through same now and it is just to serve as motivation to believe that things can change for the better one day if they truly work hard and believe in themselves.
It will be interesting to also point out here that Delay who has told fans to address her as VirginDelay since she got into the entertainment industry has revoked her words. She also made this revelation recently on one of the episodes of her Delay talk show.
Now I have changed my social media handle names, it is no more virgin Delay, the reason is simple, I am no more a virgin so I don’t see the need to parade myself as one,” she said.
She concluded by advising her audience to ensure that they never remove God from their day to day dealings.
