Recent reports lauds Ghanaian international, Kwadwo Asamoah right player to take the place of former Juventus player, Paul Pogba
Ghana international Kwadwo Asamoah has proven in the first few games of the season that he has what it takes to fill the boots of Paul Pogba who has moved to Manchester United in a record deal.
According to GhanaSoccerNet, Asamoah has been unable to play consistent football due to an injury he picked up 18 months ago. But the Ghanaian was one of the few to return early for pre-season and he has looked very capable of stepping in and filling the void left by the departure of Paul Pogba.
Kwadwoh Asamoah’s football career is one that has been notably plagued with series of injuries. He has been injured five times in a row in just four years(2013-2016). Injuries forced the left midfielder out of the fields for long 18 months, making him to miss games both for Ghana and Juventus. However, he is becoming consistent again, while hoping that injuries will this time around stay out of his way.
Juventus are willing to splash some of the Hundred Million Pounds they received for Pogba on Matuidi though they might find the answer in Kwadwo Asamoah who played full throttle in the 2-1 victory over Fiorentina.
Asamoah joined Juventus four seasons ago and is one of the truly multi-purpose footballers of modern day era. The 27 year-old did tremendously well under the former Juventus coach two seasons ago, and is happy to work with him once again. He is said to have scored five goals in 105 appearances for Juventus since joining the Italian Champions in 2012. Hopes are now kept high as fans apparently appraises Kwadwo Asamoah right man to fill the gap left by Pogba in Juventus.
