Mahama Branded Math-Sets Hit Schools In Asuogyaman


Mathematical sets commonly known as Math-sets were branded with images of President John Mahama and the NDC Parliamentary candidate for Asuogyaman Thomas Ampem Nyarko. These Math-sets are being distributed to schools in the Asuogyaman area of the Eastern region.

Schools which benefited from this exercise include Boso Senior High, Anum Senior High, Apegusu Senior High, Akwamuman Senior High and Adjena Senior High School. The schools were handed out the Math-sets alongside other educational materials. The materials are said to be for the  final year students of the various Senior High Schools in the Asuogyaman area.

The exercise began on Tuesday with Amperm Nyarko who led the exercise, and other educational stakeholders in the area visiting some of the schools to distribute the materials. The students were also encouraged to take their studies seriously especially as examinations are fast approaching. Ampem Nyarko also warned the students to avoid examination malpractices.

Mr Nyarko, would be contesting for the Asuogyaman constituency’s parliamentary seat in the November 7 polls as an NDC candidate.

Mr. Thomas Nyarko Ampem who was the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Asuogyaman promised to win back the Parliamentary which is occupied by the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Ghana will head to the polls in November to elect new representatives in the Presidential and Parliamentary elections. Every political party is doing all it can to secure enough votes to see them through in the elections. Mr Nyarko is obviously not left out in this. He has promised to bring change to the residents of the constituency, and is also doing all he can to make it possible. As part of his campaign exercise, he has decided to show the residents that he has their interest at heart.
