While the National Democratic Party’s (NDP) Goodman Baah polled 9 votes, the Progressive People’s Party’s (PPP) Ishmael Paa Kwesi Longdon polled 117 votes, and independent candidate Abdullahi Obadia Squire got 49 votes.

However, these are all provisional results, as the Electoral Commission (EC) is yet to certify them.

Okoe Vanderpuije who ran an aggressive campaign ahead of the elections, seems to have had his hard work pay off eventually.

We continue to wait for a final confirmation from the EC.
