Remains of Late Veteran Actor, Nii Odoi Mensah Finally Arrives Home

The mortal remains of  veteran actor Nii Odoi Mensah arrived safely at the Kotoka International Airport from China on board an Ethiopian Airlines on Saturday afternoon.

The family of the late actor was joined by Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare and members of the Ghana Actors Guild to welcome the body at the Kotoka International Airport.

We would recall that there had been previous reports that the family of the late actor were unable to bear the cost of bringing his body back to Ghana from China, where he had been receiving treatment for his kidney disease before he passed. President John Dramani Mahama, thus offered to pay all expenses to transport the remains of  Nii Odoi Mensah to Ghana.
