Allow Me To Go Sleep With My Pregnant Girlfriend – JB Danquah’s Killer Begs Court

Notwithstanding how serious the crime he is convicted of is, JB Danquah’s killer, Daniel Asiedu still has room in his head to nurse emotions of sexual pleasures!

Killer of the MP for Abuakwa North Constituency, Joseph Boakye Danquah who has been in BNI custody since his arrest has pleaded for permission at the law court to go and have sex with his girlfriend who is 4 months pregnant.

JB Danquah’s killer has since after his arrest laid several complaints and requests most of which have been turned down by the law court. He told the Accra Magistrate court that he has been denied visits by anyone and he is not being allowed to speak to anyone. He further told the Court that he is still being ill-treated in spite of an order directing the police to ensure his human rights are protected.

He pleaded with the judge to allow him, not just to see his girlfriend, but also to have conjugal relations with her. However, the judge granted that he be allowed to see his girlfriend but never to sleep with her.

This four month old pregnant girlfriend of Daniel Asiedu is also assisting the police in their investigations. It was through her that it was confirmed as investigations on the murder progressed that Daniel also known as ‘Sexy Don’ returned home on February 7, at dawn with his clothes stained with blood.

Aside being called ‘Sexy Don’, the fact that Daniel is having sex as his priority after being charged with such a serious offence as murder, and also his ability to make such request in a law courts puts his mental stability under serious question.

His lawyer, Augustine Obour during this last court proceedings once again pleaded with the Presiding Judge Stephen Owusu to allow his client to be transferred to the Nsawam Prisons, and also undergo a psychiatric test, but both pleas were turned down.

Meanwhile, the court remanded the suspect to BNI custody urging the police to ensure his rights are protected, while the case has been adjourned to April 5, 2016.
