Ed Sheeran, Fuse ODG working together? This is surely good news to music lovers in the country.
It has been revealed by Fuse ODG that the Grammy Award winning English singer international act Ed Sheeraan is currently in Ghana, for a project. Some sources have revealed that the international star is in the country to work on a project with Fuse ODG.
News of his coming to Ghana had made rounds in the media last year. Several reports had said the English act was to come into the country to record new music as part of a career adventure in Africa. It was said he wanted it in Ghana, as he was told the atmosphere of the country could help inspire his new project.
According to reports, the ‘Thinking out Loud’ singer was inspired by Blur and Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn’s African Express, which has had Western and African musicians collaborating and performing live shows since 2006.
Well, he is here now and it appears he is working on a project with Fuse. The video also shows Ed Sheeran and Fuse hanging out together in Ghana and eating and taking lessons in pidgin English. Ed is heard saying in the video: “we dey chop chicken in Ghana”.
An Ed Sheeran, Fuse ODG collabo will surely turn out to be a good news to music lovers in the country. Music lovers really can’t wait to see what they’ll both come up with in the nearest future.
