Genevieve Nnaji, whose talent and amazing performances in Nollywood have captivated millions of fans both in Nigeria and all over the world stands out as one of the finest in the industry till date. She has mastered the industry and gives in her best at all times so that she can equally remain at the top. The Nigerian Actresses’ lifestyle is really telling us that she is making more and more bucks from her numerous lucrative businesses and involvements. According to City People magazine on February 23, 2015, the 35-year-old actress who was referred as the ‘Julia Roberts’ of Nigeria by American media mogul Oprah Winfrey, is the new owner of a mansion in Accra, Ghana which cost a whopping $4M.
The actress and single mother can very well afford the property as she is the brand ambassador for top brands Range Rover, Etisalat and Amstel Malta from where is making cool bucks. She also owns a lucrative clothing line known as ST Genevieve, which she runs in association with online retailer, Jumia. The line is fast becoming the choice label for Nigerian celebrities.
Genevieve is one of the Nigerian celebs that have the most expensive homes in the country. She has three posh mansions in Lagos state of Nigeria. One in Lekki, which she built for her parents, and two others in Oniru and Parkview Estates, in Lekki and Ikoyi, respectively.
She is definitely not a new face in Ghana as she stayed there a while back for about a year after she and some of her colleagues were banned from acting. Her first music video was even released in Ghana at that time. Below is a photo of the enviable 4 million-dollar mansion.
Rumours have it that the expensive house was bought for her by a Ghanaian billionaire boyfriend. However, this is hard to believe as we hardly know of any young billionaire in Ghana with whom Genevieve could possibly be in love with. Also, gossips are making mockery of the claims that the house is worth up to a whopping 4 million dollars as it obviously does not look it. They also complained that the interior of the house should have been released too for proper evaluation and estimation. But according to estimations from her taste and the kinds of interiors in her homes in Nigeria, the interior of the house is expected to be furnished with designer interiors of the highest value money can buy.
Even though the house looks more like something that she will rent out rather than live in, the property is reportedly being guarded by a security company. Safety above all things right?
