Prophet Owusu-Bempah to Set up Prayer Team for President-elect Nana Addo

Prophet Owusu Bempah’s prayer team will have the sole duty of praying round the clock, for President-elect Nana Addo and his administration

Founder and leader of the Glorious Word and Power Ministry International, Rev Isaac Owusu-Bempah, has said he is setting up a team of prayer warriors in his church, for President-elect Nana Akufo-Addo. Prophet Owusu Bempah’s prayer team will have the sole duty of praying round the clock, for President-elect Nana Addo and his administration.

The prophet who is a known staunch supporter of Akufo-Addo as well as his party -the New Patriotic Party (NPP), says the decision is in line with what was done by other prophets for kings, who were after God’s heart in the Bible.

Praises of the prophet has been on the lips of staunch loyalists of the NPP, after his predictions of a win for the 72-year-old came to pass. Electoral Commissioner, Charlotte Osei on December 9, declared Nana Addo winner of the December 7, 2016 elections; just as the prophet predicted.

Nana Addo polled 53.85 percent of valid votes cast to beat his main competitor, President John Mahama who secured 44.40 of valid votes cast. President Mahama’s loss makes him the first incumbent to lose an election, since Ghana returned to multi-party democracy in 1992.

Prophet Owusu Bempah who so much believed in the third-time presidential contender, prophesied victory for him on several occasions. One of such occasions was when he made a controversial comment that EC boss will die, if she rigged the elections in favour of Mahama.

The ever confident prophet had in another occasion said that, angels will descend from heaven to vote for Akufo-Addo, should Ghanaians fail to vote for him. The prophet had said that the people are fed up with the current government and need a positive change.

With Nana Addo becoming President, the prophet has said he is set to assemble the said prayer team; whose duty would be to pray for Akufo-Addo, whom he describes as  ‘one after God’s heart’. The prophet has also testified that his congregation increased significantly on the first Sunday after his predictions of Nana Addo’s victory, came to pass.

Prophet Bempah says the prayer team would be praying 24/7 for Nana Addo and the ministers he will choose to work with.
