Sarkodie christens daughter alongside friends and well wishers who came to support the young family.
It was an all white party at the christening of Sarkodie’s daughter, Adalyn Owusu. Ghana’s king of rap, Sarkodie, who had his first baby with girlfriend Tracy, held an official christening ceremony for little Adalyn last weekend. The ceremony was held at Sarkodie’s newly furnished home in Accra, with a few friends and family in attendance. Fondly called Titi, she was born to the ‘illuminati’ hit maker and his longtime girlfriend Tracy, on March 28 this year.
Present at the event were some celebrities, as well as friends and well wishers of the couple, who came to celebrate with them. Ghanaian actor, Kofi Adjorlolo, Moses Foh Amoaning, and a number of close friends and relatives, joined Sarkodie and Tracy to christen their baby girl, Titi.
Christenings are meant to mark the beginning of a new human’s journey into Christianity and also to officially name the baby. Being an all white party, the venue for the event was well set with an all white decor, creating a very bright and lively atmosphere.
Few days after his daughter’s birth, Sarkodie had released a single, ‘The Way I Feel’, dedicated it to his bundle joy. The boss of rap in the song, talked about circumstances surrounding her birth, saying he was filled with so much joy and anxiety, at the time of her birth. In the song also, he professed his undying love for little Titi and her mother Tracy.
King Sark will indeed not get enough of his precious bundle of joy, and the journey as we can see, has just begun. Congratulations to the couple once again!
