Yet another saddening blow on Ghana’s Entertainment Industry! Vybrant Faya has just passed on!!
Emmanuel Kojo Quayeson, a dance hall musician known with stage name, Vybrant Faya has been killed in a ghastly motor accident yesterday’s afternoon, Sunday the 23rd of October.
The Dancehall General as he was fondly called, was working with the Shatta Movement before he signed to Greater Davids Promotion just few weeks ago. He actually came to the limelight after his release of the single banger, “Mampi” in 2014 under the SMF label. His death was confirmed by his new Manager, Mr Logic.
According to reports, the artiste died at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra after he was involved in an accident on the Tema expressway.
A statement released and signed by the Shatta Movement Communication Director, Kelly Nii Lartey Mensah, confirming his death says that they spent quite some time with the “Mampi” hit-maker and some members of his family around 3 pm the same Sunday afternoon. Few hours later however, a phone call was received, bearing the news of his admission at the 37 Military Hospital and on getting to the hospital, they met Vibrant dead.

Born on the 13th of April, 1987, Vybrant Faya died at the age of 29. May his soul rest in peace and may God grant his family the fortitude to bear the heartbreaking and irreparable loss.
