Nollywood star Osita Iheme has got no plans of tying the knot any soon, as he has just revealed. Popularly known as Pawpaw, the ‘midget’ actor has taken out time to explain why he or every other ‘bachelor’ out there needs to take their time in choosing a life ‘prison mate’.
After his fellow ‘miniature’ actor, Chinedu Ikedieze aka Aki tied the knots, a lot of friends and fans have been expecting that Osita(Pawpaw) would trail the same pathway sooner than later.
But according to the 33-year-old actor, “marriage is not a step to be taken because other people are taking it. Even if the person is your twin, you don’t have to do it just because he did it. It is something you do when you are ready.”
Osita Iheme is clearly not bothered about the fact that his friend Chinedu Ikedieze has been married for about six years and counting.
Pawpaw is obviously still enjoying life as a bachelor and does not wish to change his marital status in a hurry. Like every other bachelor out there, Pawpaw implied that marriage is nothing to be rushed into. He made it clear that he is not yet fed up with bachelorhood and would go into marriage only when he is fully ready.
Pawpaw also talked about gossips relating to rumoured break-up between him and his colleague, Chinedu Ikedieze. He debunked the “beef” rumours saying he is still in good terms with Aki. He explained that the only reason they are not seen together on TV is because there is no movie to feature them together.
Pawpaw explained they are both willing to feature collaboratively in a movie if any producer wants it so. Aki and Pawpaw are the two smallest actors in Nigerian movie industry with millions of fans solidly behind their back. Earlier this year, they both revealed their most embarrassing moment to be an incident where they were mistaken for minors by the police in Italy.
The unusual physique of the duo has turned around to be a blessing for them as their acting career in Nollywood have made them to be known in Nigeria and beyond as VIPs.
