Armed Robbers Invade Alan Kyerematen’s House


It has been reported that armed robbers on Sunday broke into the house of Alan Kyerematen, former presidential aspirant of the New Patriotic Party.

Close sources revealed to Citi News that the armed robbers made away with valuable items such as mobile phones, tablets, laptop, as well as an undisclosed amount of money.

The robbers who invaded Mr Kyeremanten’s Accra residence in West Legon reportedly harrased the family before carting away the aforementioned properties. However, no casualties were recorded of the ugly incident.

Investigations on the robbery are currently ongoing by the Police. So far, no suspects or link to the robbery has been found.

Alan Kyerematen

Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen (popularly called Alan Cash) is a Ghanaian politician. Kyerematen made an attempt at the leadership of the New Patriotic Party in 2007, but was beaten by Nana Akufo-Addo who gained 47.96% of votes cast as against his 32.3%. Mr Kyerematen made other attempts at the Party’s leadership in 2010 and 2014 but still placed second to Nana Akufo-Addo who won the Primaries.
