Nollywood actress Ini Edo has reportedly built a magnificent home worth N70milion in Lekki, Lagos. According to E247Mag, the house is in an inner street inside Lekki which boasts of a foyer, solid gate, and a backyard. The house possesses an enviable alluring design and expansive space.
9. Oge Okoye’s N100 million Mansion
In a recent interview with Encomium magazine, Nollywood screen-goddess, Oge Okoye said she built a house in Lagos, Nigeria worth N100 million.
“It’s no longer news. Hard work pays. It is hard work though it’s yet to be completed. It’s still in progress, very soon it will be completed and you will hear about it,” she said.
The multi-million naira mansion is said to be located in the Lekki area of Lagos.

Famous Nigerian artiste and Dem Mama record label is the owner of a huge white mansion located in Port Harcourt city of Nigeria. The cost of the house was not disclosed by Timaya but estimates based on what is seen, the mansion is worth millions of naira.

22-Year-Old Nigerian Artist, David Adeleke, AKA Davido, is one of Nigeria’s youngest Musicians who has got everything going for him at the moment. What do you think is the cost of a mansion that has a swimming pool, six living rooms, ten master bedrooms, all fully furnished? It’s far more than the speculated N300million”

Dencia is a Nigerian controversial singer and business woman. Her house worth $3.1 million is the second most expensive Nigerian celebrity houses. It is a 13,000sq foot property with 5beds and 6 baths, situated at Hunter Valley Westlake Village, California. It was sold on Dec 2012 for $2.6m now the property is estimated to be worth $3.1million. Current exchange rates put this property well over half a billion naira. Property taxes on this house alone are $23,000 every year. Now here is the kicker, this house was listed for rent in march 2015, but on April 17 2015 the listing was removed. The house was not sold, it was rented. The rent is $11,000 per month.
